Biogas 4.0

Project mission

Biogas 4.0 aims to identify an efficient production strategy using only biogas digestate as a fertilizer which includes the assessment of the environmental and economic impact of advanced technologies in the agricultural sector. The project will allow the development of a cultural method based on the principles of the circular economy to promote renewable resources without compromising the competitiveness of farms. Based on a detailed evaluation of the economic and agronomic markers, the project outputs will be disseminated with an effective communication strategy.
